Service requests

A request sent through this website is not a booking until the shop confirms it with you. Service charges are confirmed with you before any work.

Repairs and estimates

• Every device left with us is recorded on a job card with its accessories and condition.
• Where a repair needs parts or extra work, we give you an estimate and go ahead only after you approve it.
• Please keep a backup of important data. Tell us before a repair if any data must be kept.

Warranty

Warranty on a service or a part, where given, is written on your invoice and starts from the date of delivery.
