This page explains what Yadav Computer Shop, Raipur, does with the details you share with us.
When you send a request on this website
The booking form asks for your name, mobile number, the service you need and an optional message. We use them only to contact you about that request.
- We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
- We do not send you messages you did not ask for.
- To stop spam, we keep a scrambled code made from your internet address for one purpose: limiting how many requests can be sent in an hour. We never store the address itself.
When you use our services
When you bring a device to the shop we record your name, contact number, the device and the work done, so we can give you a job card, an estimate, an invoice, warranty dates and your service history. These records stay with the shop.
If you choose to receive updates on WhatsApp, a staff member sends them from WhatsApp; nothing is sent automatically.
My PC Doctor
My PC Doctor is a separate app with its own privacy policy on the My PC Doctor website. This website only links to its download page.
Cookies
This public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Staff sign-in uses a cookie that keeps the staff member signed in.
Your choices
You can ask us at the shop to correct or remove your contact details, except where a record (such as an invoice) must be kept.
